Álvaro Garcia Martinez is a shipbuilding engineer with an extensive experience in shipyards, working as Technical Manager and Production Director and later in the Commercial Department from different shipyards: Astilleros de Mallorca, Rodman, Gondan y Barreras.

He developed electric drive military programs in Gamesa such as submarines S80 and applications in windfarms.

Álvaro is currently the Business Development Manager at Hijos de J. Barreras, where he is focuses his activities in fishing vessels, offshore and passenger boats.
