Iván Eduardo Flores Morales received a Master’s degree in Biological Oceanography from the University of Gdansk, Poland, in 1990. He also obtained Graduate Studies in Higher Education in the Interamerican University of Panama (UIP). He is a graduate in Investigative Learning in Educative Spaces from the Metropolitan University of Education, Science and Technology (UMECIT) in Panama City.
Currently he works as the General Administrator of the Authority Of The Aquatic Resources Of Panama.
He has taught in the Panama International Maritime University (UMIP), where he was a professor of Marine Geology, Marine Ecology, Coastal Infrastructures, and Marine Pollution. At the Interamerican University of Panama (UIP) he trained students in Ecology and Environment, Oceanography, Maritime Geography and on the Roots and Traditions of the Panamanians.
He has been an authorized Official Translator from Polish to Spanish and vice versa from the Ministry of Government and Justice since 1990. He worked as an interpreter from Polish to Spanish for the company Makomaski in Berlin from 1991 to 1993. He also speaks other languages such as Spanish (native language), German and English (advanced level).
